Hello all need some help with this one, trying to pair my edge to the pc but I does let me. any help please. it doesn't work when I use the usb to pair the edge with pc. it tells me can't load the driver. thanks for any help you can give me. using jaws 17 on a hp pc.

You also might want to call hims tech support. I've never seen a braille driver load error with the Edge. Let us know how it goes and have a great day.
Isn't there also an additional driver that needs to be installed for it to work with Jaws? I'm not sure if that's changed with the updates but I'm pretty sure I had to install 2 sets of drivers. I just upgraded to 17 and W10 so I guess I'll be revisiting this issue.

If you install the Windows drivers on JAWS 17 before trying to connect the Edge, it should work. Also be sure your Bluetooth switch is set to off.
Maybe I need to try upgrading to Jaws 17 from 15. Jaws crashes whenever I try using the Edge, by USB or bluetooth. Maybe that will solve the problem!
hello all have both drivers downloaded. The help person from eye care connect got it to work last week but I havn't got a gest why I can't get it to work. she is coming back tomorrow to see if she can get it to work. and yes have jaws 17 running on a hp lop top. all new stuff. will let you all know tomorrow. using a usb connection. thanks for any other ideas. talk soon Erica.
